Teacher Details

As a teenager I received a book on yoga for my birthday from Mum. Thirty years later I still have the book and I still practice yoga! In my forties I finally fulfilled my long held desire to become a yoga teacher, and I did so in the land of its source (just as I had always wanted). The book may now be old and it's spine broken but I will forever be amazed at how this little paperback led me on this path, and now, onto new beginnings as a teacher.
I have always loved to move and find beauty in a body in motion. So, I trained as a Contemporary dancer, teaching and performing for many years. I am now a Physiotherapist who is quite happy teaching asanas to people as I believe so much in the benefit of these postures. My classes will be influenced by my background, whilst also bringing together all I have gathered from the years I have spent collecting.
