I qualified as a hot (optional) vinyasa flow instructor in 2010 with Yoga Haven teacher training in Brighton.

I recently moved to Cambridge where I now focus all of my energy into teaching yoga after having worked in a corporate environment for many years. I am passionate about getting people involved in yoga and enjoy watching the transformation that people experience when they are able to see physical and emotional improvements.

With a sports background, winning the 200m at National level, I am very body and mind aware and focus on creating an important balance of both physical and emotional strength.

I teach beginner and intermediate level classes and am also available for 1-2-1 classes and workshops.
