I was fascinated by yoga since I was 16 and started to practice on my own. As my practice deepened with time, I saw the increasing popularity of yoga around the world, and after joining various classes and workshops I realized that yoga is what I want to do and share the experience with others. I went to Kerala, India to study yoga in the country of its origin. After I returned to the UK in 2009 I started to teach yoga in Manchester. In 2011 I completed pregnancy yoga teacher course with Sitaram London. At the moment I am based in Bury, where I teach hatha and pregnancy yoga. I do private and corporate classes, too.
