Some of my 1st memories are being beside my Mum on a yoga mat. Rekindled properly at drama school I have been practising since while performing in shows in town (Sophie in Mamma Mia), out of London and when doing non acting jobs like being a Teaching Assistant. Last year I finally had the chance to train as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher just before heading off on The Sound of Music tour. Yoga makes me so happy. It keeps me level headed when a career in performing arts can be quite unsettling. It is wonderful to now be sharing my love of Yoga with others and seeing what delights they can find in themselves.
