Teacher Details

My journey has taken me to India, Thailand and Australia, where I have studied with teachers in Yoga, and Meditation.
In India, I trained intensively, at the foothills of the Himalaya Mountains with Bhooma Chaitanya of the Sivananda Tradition. I am ever in gratitude for his loving attentiveness and giving heart.
Following this, I spent a further four months at the Satyananda, ‘Bihar School of Yoga,’ ashram. Here, I was able to gain insight into many yogic philosophies and practices. I had access to ancient yogic texts and my heart expanded through the practices of Kirtan (yogic chanting) and Seva (yoga of service). I was greatly inspired while living there.
I then continued training through the Satyananda Tradition, at the ‘Satyananda Yoga Academy’ Australia, for a government accredited diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teacher Training.
I teach a variety of meditation techniques but my own practice is in vipassana as taught by S.N. Goenka.
The quality that I have been most inspired by through all the training I have done is the purity of love and service that is given in the most subtle of ways through each traditionof yoga and meditation. I feel such gratitude towards each of my teachers and I hope to be able to share this as we learn together as eternal student
