My ever growing 7 year passion for the practise of all kinds of yoga has become one of the integral parts of my life. I have practised &amp; studied with teachers including Paul Grilley, Eunice Laurel, Jean Hall, Jeff Phenix, Philippa Asher, and Deepak Sharma at Sampoorna Yoga - all of whom I take influence from.

A 4 month trip to India at the end of 2010 saw me undertaking a 200 hrs Yoga Alliance Teacher Training course at Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa. After qualifying at the start of 2011 I stayed on to work at the yoga school - teaching classes on a regular basis and assisting my teacher Deepak Sharma with adjustments in class.

I can teach dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flow classes (a modified Primary Series - beginners/ level 1) and also Hatha classes drawing from my various influences &amp; the different schools of yoga - the flow of ashtanga,the precision of Iyengar,the stillness of hatha. My classes whether dynamic or passive are meditative, mindful, playful& nurturing with a focus on correct breathing alignment.
