Yoga found me before I qualified in 2004 via a painful aerobics injury; took me a while to become sparked, but when I did there was no looking back. I lived on a yoga retreat for 9 months before obtaining a distinction in yoga teaching in 2004; I knew then that the more I learnt about yoga, the more I needed to learn. I grabbed & covered every class possible and ran my own classes as well... I travelled extensively (and still do) and taught yoga retreats in Europe, Egypt whilst living and breathing the whole philosophy. I detoxed and cleansed deeply.

Yoga combined beautifully long with my natural nutrition diploma; I began to run detox yoga retreats.

Yoga carried me through 2 natural births without pain relief; the too early death of my mother and much much more.

I now teach a 2 hr superclass monthly in Letchworth, prenatal yoga, one to one's, family yoga retreats and yoga & detox retreats both in France, Italy and on the Isle of Wight. I also run raw food, natural nutrition workshops from my home in Bedfordshire.

With 2 small children now and a family to hold and house to run, my self practice sometimes becomes erratic yet it always remains - just may not look the same as it used to!
