I am a Level 1 qualified Yoga Teacher trained at Samadhi Yoga Sydney, which recently made the transition to become Jivamukti Yoga, Australia. I have recently returned to live in Cambridge and develop my role as a Yoga Teacher alongside my career as a Primary School Teacher and Tutor. I am a passionate teacher looking to share the benefits of an integrated, uplifting style of Hatha Yoga to enhance a sense of well-being, body awareness and deep relaxation. I strongly believe in a style of yoga suited to a modern lifestyle yet true to its ancient, spiritual lineage.
