I am passionate about making Yoga accessible to everyone who is interested; beginner, intermediate or advanced student and communicating Hatha Yoga clearly, safely, appropriately and effectively. At present I teach mostly privately, working with individual clients, particularly singers, musicians and performers and I also teach one general Yoga class in Central London.

I trained first as a classical musician, studying singing, composition and conducting. As a performer, I became interested in the relationship between fitness and performing and singing. This led me to train as Fitness Instructor back in 1988 with London Central YMCA when I developed a keen interest in aerobic fitness and also flexibility and then later came to Yoga.

I was very fortunate to be trained by Barbara Harding at the Cambridge School of Yoga in London and spent many years working with her and eventually teaching on the Yoga Teacher Training Course and later, on Teacher Training courses with other schools and in particular Dragon Fly Yoga.
