I teach Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga (including antenatal/pregnancy Mama Flow)classes in and around Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. Vinyasa flow yoga derives from Krishnamacharya's teachings and honours and embraces the precise alignment qualities of the Iyengar yoga system whilst also sharing the dynamic flow and rich breath-work of ashtanga vinyasa yoga. Both of these yoga disciplines came from the same line of teaching as Vinyasa flow.
My vinyasa flow yoga classes combine intelligently crafted flowing sequences, with uplifting music allowing you to mindfully stretch all of the body deeply as you breathe, aligning body and spirit.
Yogic philosophy and mantra are naturally woven in with the postures, making classes both physically rewarding but also a meditative and refreshing experience for the mind.
Classes are inclusive and supportive, fun and thought provoking. The perfect antidote to a stressful overly busy life. Time to check in with yourself.....
