SAHASTA - meaning "with the hands, with skill and dexterity..." attempts to encapsulate what I try to offer students both on and off the mat.
Having been under the amazing tutelage of Claire Missingham's Vinyasa Flow teacher training, my classes incorporate hands on assists to help students with alignment and further deepening their practise. I am also a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage therapist (LSSM - DIP) and have also studyied myofascial release techniques (LSSM - ISRM) that are also blended into the yoga assists within my classes. I offer classes, one to ones, massage appointments and bespoke one to one yoga tuition with post class massage to maximise the benefits of both.
