Teacher Details

I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 9 years - for the last 5 years under the guidance of Brian Cooper. Yoga pervades every area of my life, from when I get on the mat at 5.30am to when I fall back into bed at baby time! Every class I teach is different to the last, tailor-made to whoever is there to practice, time of day, time of life, etc. etc.
Although my week is pretty packed with classes and private sessions I always consider new requests for regular classes, private sessions, retreats and weekend workshops...
Oh, and other interests: painting, horse riding, being with nature, parenting my enormous teenage son, and the way that yoga works/plays within all of this.
