Teacher Details

I am currently working as a Remedial Yoga Teacher,specialising in all forms of mechanical/physical dysfunction. I am also a Physical Therapist, dealing in all spinal joint and muscle dysfunction. I practice Full Movement Method, which uses yoga, manipulation and deep tissue massage. This method is used mainly for chronic (long term), as well as acute,(recent), spinal joint and muscle conditions. All clients are offered access to self help through yoga that I teach myself, because of this we have a very high success rate, offering very specific therapy which is supported by the best preventative health care programme known called yoga.
