Jo began practicing yoga 8 years ago and became absolutely hooked from day one! Discovering the amazing benefits of regular yoga practice and the powerful life changes it brings to the body, mind and heart, yoga has truly changed Jo’s life on and off the mat. She qualified as a teacher in 2011 under the gracious guidance of The Power Yoga Company and its wonderful teachers. As a teacher, Jo feels enormous gratitude to be able to pass on her passion and knowledge of this exceptionally powerful and uplifting ancient art and hopes to allow her students to enjoy a dynamic and challenging class and feel the physical benefits, inner peace and true joy that yoga brings.
