Jo is a South West London based instructor who has practised yoga for 15 years in the UK, California and Costa Rica. As a Yoga Alliance registered teacher, she was taught by Jacqueline Heisel of Frog Lotus Yoga USA and is experienced in Hatha, Vinyasa yoga and Bikram.
As an actress she has found yoga to be invaluable in balancing her hectic work schedule with her life. It gives her great joy to be able to help others find a balance in their lives too. She is also a Reiki practitioner and combines healing with the relaxation aspect of yoga practice. Whether you are a complete beginner or familiar with yoga she will help you explore breathing, relaxation techniques, postures and meditation. Classes available: One 2 one classes/small groups in the privacy of your home. Childcare services can be arranged for busy Mums! Corporate classes – in your offices at lunchtime or after work Working with creative people to achieve peace and tranquillity. Jo also has yoga retreat holidays planned to a fabulous resort in Krabi, Thailand scheduled for later this year – watch this space!
