Based in London, (South West). I have been practising yoga for over 6 years with various teachers in the UK, (BW & YA) and in India. Recently completed an intensive 200 hour teacher training programme with Zenways, (Julian Daizan Skinner).

My style is eclectic. I like to include everything which helps individuals personal wellbeing. I offer flexibility in class to ensure that everyone benefits from the beauty of yoga. I believe in body and mind are one and I believe in the practice of energy, within the physical body and the mind. Through prana and transformation of body through asanas.
