Jody’s love and practice of yoga started in 1999. She soon progressed into teaching in 2003 and became a registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour (RYT500) level in 2006. Jody has always taught at the University of Surrey, which now has world class facilities under the umbrella of Surrey Sports Park. Through Surrey Sports Park Jody teaches a wide range of people, from toddlers to athletes – and loves them all.
