Joss has been a student of yoga since he was 14. He has trained with great teachers such as Swami Janakananda Saraswati, Swami Muktibodhananda Saraswati, and did his formal teacher training with Kate Pell through the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia. He has given talks on Yoga and Asthma to the Norwich and Norfolk Nurses association, run various seminars and courses, and recently published a book on Karma Yoga.
