I live in Bath and offer yoga to all levels. In a class or on a one to one basis. I believe that yoga enhances life at all levels- physical, emotional and spiritual. Yoga is a journey that I love to share with others. I teach a vinyasa flow or a slower hatha practice. I have studied and practised in Thailand, Bali, India, Crete and in Bath.
