Teacher Details

My passion for yoga is varied and undivided. I continue to be a committed student of yoga and train with a variety of inspiring yogi's i call teachers. The practice i share draws from various systems, mainly, Anusara Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Sivananda Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. I strongly believe in yoga beyond the mat and share this passion in class. Although i have had more than a thousand hours of training, i have not accumulated them in any one system and so am not any one teacher. Some may take this as a lack of lineage or commitment but for me, i feel my lineage is with the whole yoga system itself and that every system has something amazing to offer, that I wish to share.
