l have been teaching and assisting since 2002. Originally trained in London under Ruth White with Karuna Yoga which l graduated with 500 hours in 2004. Since then l have trained as a Thai Yoga Therapist in Thailand andLondon , graduated with Shiva Rea as a Yoga Trance Dance teacher in LA and have become a Cerified Jivamukti Teacher with Sharon Gannon and David Life in Nyc have apprenticed under the London studio and am currently working towards my advanced certification under my mentor Jules Febre ( nephew of David Life) and Durga Devi under the London centre. I currently teach and travel worldwide assisting and teaching classes, workshops and retreats.
