Started practicing Yoga 5 years ago with Integral Yoga in swindon with Stephan, with a very spiritual Hatha based yoga practice. Then moved into a more dynamic ashtanga vinyasa practice when I met Mark Freeth on a workshop. Then decided to do the teacher training with Mark who teaches a very freestyle approach to yoga which I like so I can teach a very chilled out hatha based class to a more ramped up dynamic class depending on what people want.
