Teacher Details

I have been practicing for a number of years, but only teaching since recently when called upon to share my experiences and knowledge with friends and colleagues. This has led to further opportunities to guide others into the world of yoga and, hopefully, a little along that path too. Teaching hatha, which I allow to be influenced by various teachers' methods, to Beginners to intermediates with particular focus on awareness of breath & movement, phylosophy, alignment and intention. I thank my blessed teachers for their continuous inspiration and guidance.
