After years of yoga & training with some fantastic & inspiring teachers, I decided to embark on my own journey to become a teacher. I trained with Brian Cooper at Union Yoga in Edinburgh & qualified in 2005. Alongside my day-job I taught corporate & private clients for 2 years then took a break to have my 3 young children. We moved to Eastbourne in June 2011 & now that my youngest is 7 months old, I am excited to start teaching again & build my own yoga business here on the sunshine coast.
