I am a yogi, dancer, choreographer and facilitator. I enjoy working with people of all ages in many different contexts. I enjoy helping people meet themselves in mindful and accepting ways, whether this be through creating individual flows for one-to-one sessions, welcoming people to a group class or simply having a conversation. I am a warm and grounded teacher and person. I enjoy working with purpose and ease and my classes are crafted to this effect; to open, ground, strengthen and soften the body and mind.
