I studied to be a Vinyasa teacher in 2004. Even before becoming a mother, I was interested in Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth and Yoga for Children.

I find expecting mothers to be strong and beautiful and believe that yoga can help them tune into their bodies, connect with their growing babies, and prepare their minds for labour, birth and parenthood.

In 2007, I was lucky enough to study pregnancy yoga with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa (founder of Golden Bridge and The Khalsa Way, a childbirth education program that leveraged her knowledge of Kundalini yoga and pregnancy).

As for children, their small (and incredible) minds and bodies are absorbing the world at remarkable speed. Helping them learn movement and focus is an honour.
