Hi,
my name is Kerry Wilson,i qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2003 in the Lake District.I taught private, mixed ability classes for five years throughout the area before moving to Dorset then Wales. My training has been an eclectic mix of traditional Hatha,Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga. Recently i had a yoga holiday in India and was greatly inspired by the teaching of Sharat,a Iyengar yoga therapy teacher.I appreciated how each individual was catered for in each asana, whatever their age or ability and strive for this in my own classes. I have recently moved back to Windermere and hope to resume teaching soon Namaste Kerry
