I enjoyed yoga classes for many years before developing a regular practice in 2008. After an inspriational yoga retreat in Italy I fell in love with daily practise and caught a glimps of how my mind and body could become quieter, clearer and connected through my breath. Since then I have been developing my own practice through the study of asana, pranayama and meditation.

In 2011 I completed a Vinyassa Teacher Training course at Yoga Moves In Holland. This was a great experience where I meet and studied under some fantastic teachers. I regularly attend workshops and further training experiences including studies with; Orit Sen-Gupta, Clayton Horton, James Higgins and David Lurey.

I regularly attend classes at the Ivengar Instiute Amsterdam and am dedicated to studying with Shirley Woods, Vijnana Yoga(Practising from inside).

I am dedicated to deepening my practice and understanding, sharing my experiences and looking forward to being a yoga student for life.
