Teacher Details

I grew up around Yoga as my parents were practicing Yogi's when I was born. However, I took my own winding path to my Yoga practice and whilst practicing on and off since my early 20s. In the past five years my practice has gathered pace. I took my teacher training course at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy in Nassau, Bahamas and have worked at a variety of places including a Surf and Yoga Retreat in Portugal, the Sivananda Yoga Retreat and The exclusive One and Only Ocean Club, Paradise Island (Bahamas)and also in New York. I am currently back in the UK, teaching corporate clients and I also teach at the Sivanada Centre in Putney, London. I believe Yoga is for every moment of every day. Through increasing awareness of our practice on the mat, we can bring awareness and focus into every task we do. We work towards Union between body, mind and spirit and in turn, all of our relationships dancing in our lives are gradually improved. I am keen to speak with other teachers and collaborate in spreading the word of Yoga and always happy to hear from potential students with any questions, queries or even just stories you'd like to share about your Yoga path and of course those who would like to attend a class or private session.
