Teacher Details

Having practiced and trained in yoga for many years I decided it is time to share my experiences with others. Primarily working in small groups and one to one I am available for workshops and weekend retreats and soon to offer yoga teacher training. Having completed a diploma in Ayurveda nutrition/diet, herbs, yoga, massage and lifestyle consultancy you will receive that which is appropriate for at this time. Current studies include Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, spritual mentoring.

My teachings work with the individual according to their requirements, abilities and goals. I work with those with limited mobility, disability, pregnancy and those more advanced in their yoga practice.

Information to follow regarding spiritual teachings and teacher training. I also offer Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Reiki teachings. Althopugh I work in Warwickshire at the present time I am available for workshops and other events in the UK.
