Having practiced and trained in yoga for many years I decided it is time to share my experiences with others. Primarily working in small groups and one to one and regularly conduct workshops and day retreats, corporate work, ayurveda and ayurveda yoga therapy, spiritual mentoring, reiki and thai yoga massage. Current studies include fertility yoga, pre-post natal yoga.

My teachings work with the individual according to their requirements, abilities and goals. I work with those with limited mobility, disability, pregnancy and those more advanced in their yoga practice.

Information to follow regarding spiritual teachings and teacher training. I also offer Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Reiki teachings. Althopugh I work in Warwickshire at the present time I am available for workshops and other events in the UK.
