Teacher Details

I have practised yoga for many years and, seriously, since 2006. My style is hatha vinyasa flow and I teach yoga and breathing too. I have over 25 years' experience of general teaching, including exercise to music, and I now teach beginner and intermediate classes. I am particularly interested in working with older clients and with the inexperienced who may go on to take part in mainstream classes once they have developed sufficient strength, flexibility, balance - and confidence - to do so. I am available for private tuition for individuals or small groups.
