Although my initial training was in Iyengar yoga, I draw from other schools such as Astanga and Jivamukti to create a flowing practice with attention to detail, alignment and breath.

I have studied with senior yoga teachers from around the world.

In 2006/2007 I attended the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) where I studied with BKS Iyengar, Geeta and Sri Prashant Iyengar.
