I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and my practice is varied and dynamic. I have a strong classical hatha yoga foundation in the Sivananda tradition and have developed a hatha flow practice influenced by anusara, vinyasa and ashtanga teachers. In my classes I like to teach a combination of gentle or dynamic meditative flow, holding the postures and pranayama. I bring the philosophy of yoga into my teaching to help bring calmness, clarity and peace of mind. I also teach restorative yoga influenced by Judith Lasater.
