I have spent almost 20 years of my life working in the spa industry. It's here I was able to indulge my fascination for the body and how its health is so closely linked to the mind. I have lived and worked in many parts of the world expanding both my knowledge and training. Teaching for me is about shared knowledge and experiences to create a better environment for everyone.

I approach yoga with a sense of fun and adventure...less running more laughing! Life is for living not just surviving and for me yoga offers an exciting, challenging and entertaining channel to living.
