Teacher Details

I introduce Yoga to young people by volunteering to teach taster sessions at local youth groups, such as guides and brownies. We practice classical hatha yoga with breathing, gentle stretching, strengthening and relaxation. I’ve also done ‘mother and daughter’ pamper nights, and sessions at residential events. I am also training to be a yoga therapist, and have one to one or partner sessions to address particular medical issues. I will be qualified in June 2012.
