Louise is a Qualified and experienced Yoga Teacher, born and bred in Hull, east Yorkshire. She has been teaching since 2004. she trained under the guidance of Ruth White. and has worked alongside Ruth on many Residential Yoga weekends. Louise has a big personality and always brings warmth and fun to her teaching, together with a great awareness and understanding of the postures, from this Louise has developed her own specialised style she calls Sucramyoga. You will be sure to hear a wide variety of flavours of music played during the sessions ranging from beach boys to The Prodigy. She runs various classes, workshops and residential weekend for all abilities from complete beginner to advanced Yogi. their are classes to suit your needs, louise runs an over 60s afternoon class (who laugh alot) evening classes for beginners, mixed ability and advanced. an afternoon class for the visually impaired and she also has time for 1-2-1 sessions, mainly teaching in the workplace.
