Hi, my name is Louise, I have just completed my teacher training with Yoga London in Vinyasa Flow Style Yoga, but I will also be offering Power Yoga and Restorative Yoga lessons. I am in the beginning stages of setting myself up at the moment, so classes/lessons to be offered soon.
