Teacher Details

I have always enjoyed finding creativity and therapy within physical movement. I discovered yoga whilst studying for a degree in dance, which soon fed an attitude towards life that explored using energy of the body, mind and beyond. My trainings at 200 and 500 hour level with Yogi Vishvketu (World Yoga Family, Rishikesh, India) have been my biggest inspiration for teaching with happiness and compassion. My teaching style is holistic, drawing on Ayurvedic principles, and encourages a sense of lightness and humour. I teach workshops on Yoga & Ayurveda, Classical Kundalini and Yoga & Raw Food days. I teach creative dance sessions to toddlers. Later this year I begin training in yoga therapy for mental health care, with Yoga for the Mind. I also enjoy travelling, swing dancing and hula-hooping.
