I am a full time working nurse,and found yoga 20 years ago,which saved my sanity ! 3 years ago my path led me to teaching hatha and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. I have a small class on the 2nd an 4th Tuesdays each week where we have fun, friendships and yoga for all abilities.
