Teacher Details

My job as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist has organically led me to yoga. I have been a physiotherapist for over 10 years,and over the last 6 had studied yoga. It has provided my patients with ideal exercises and coping techniques through their injuries and illnesses. I decided to train as a yoga teacher to further help my patients, and it has also provided me with the opportunity to provide classes.

I truly believe and encourage my students and patients to utilise yoga as a tool to enrich their lives, be it from asana practice or pranayama or meditation. I think every person can find their own route in and to yoga, and as a teacher I can help to encourage this journey. I would like to help people find the positive effects of yoga that I have found.
