I qualified as a Yoga Teacher from Yoga Nottingham in December 2011. This was a 200 hour intense course which covered different disciplines of Yoga including Hatha, Sivananda and Ashtanga. As well as teaching Yoga i work as a Senior Physiotherapist in an acute hospital. I have found this compliments Yoga very nicley as i am able to use the knowledge i gained during my Physiotherapy degree to teach Yoga with more of an insight into the human body.
