Teacher Details

I am a Brazilian Woman, aged 30, recently moved to london.

I have been teaching Yoga since 2006 and practicing Yoga and Dance since 1989.
For years I practiced Yoga with Sonia Sumar, Renata Sumar and Paulo Baeta, and creative Dance with Dorinha Baeta .

Renata Sumar was responsible for my Integral Hatha Yoga formation.

With Paulo Baeta, I took a course on Iyengar Yoga for Yoga Instructors.

Last but not least, I did a Teacher Training course on Vinyasa Yoga Flow with David Lurey.

Part of my formation was acquired in a trip to India, where I took several classes at the Iyengar Institute in Pune and at the Pitanga Institute in Auroville.

In Brazil, during the last four year I have been working with Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Integral Hatha Yoga with an hint of Iyengar Yoga.

I love teaching and practicing Yoga. It is essential in my life.
