Just embarking on the life long journey that is yoga, I am in the very lucky position to invite other yogis to come along for the ride. As a recent graduate from the vinyasa flow teacher training with Yoga London I will run regular classes and workshops in the new year, primarily in studios in North-East London. I will also offer corporate and private classes. While fully enjoying the dynamic style of vinyasa flow, my practice incorporates strong restorative elements as well.
