Having practiced Ashtanga yoga for 7 years I was encouraged to study to teach. This opened my eyes as to what the practice was really about .I have been taking classes in Harpenden and Hertford since April 2008 . I hope to assist others to develop and enjoy their experience of Ashtanga Yoga ...........................
March 2012 I have just completed my home Yoga studio . I take my own practice here and am currently running an Ashtanga class with room for 8 -10 at 6.30pm on Thursday evenings in Harpenden . The class is suitable for all levels and varies between Mysore/Talk .I also plan to take some workshops throughout the year .
