I have a background in Psychology and Dance and began to study yoga during an extended visit to Mexico 3 years ago. Last year I trained as a teacher at Yog Peeth, Rishikesh taking a 300hr Yoga Alliance Course. I also spent 5months studying with various teachers across India. I have been teaching classes at various locations in the UK in the last 6 months. My style of yoga is influenced by all my experiences and training and continues to evolve as I study and learn.
