After a degree in Theology at Bristol University, I travelled to Australia, Byron Bay to do my first teacher training course. I started teaching whilst doing a postgraduate course in psychology. I realised that my studies were making me super stressed, and that the only time I was relaxed was when I was teaching yoga, so I decided to make it my full time job! Since then I have done various other courses, and am now able to teach pregnancy yoga, post-natal yoga, baby yoga, Jivamukti yoga and give Thai yoga massages.
