I have been teaching yoga since 1975 and I have my own studio at home. Over the years have completed many certificates and do mostly one to one teaching. Do a lot of yoga therapy people with problems for example bad backs, shoulders, hips, stress etc. I also teach Kundalini meditation. I teach children from age 5years to teenagers. I teach in and around the London area. Mostly West London and I am happy to come to your home or office.
