Nicky worked as a dancer/teacher/circus performer and choreographer for 17 years before training as a yoga teacher. She currently runs privates sessions, group classes,corporate Vinyasa Yoga and her own unique style of Yoga Dance in London and Surrey.

Her approach is down to earth, friendly and warm with particularly focus in guiding correct anatomical alignment, self-awareness and she is passionate about playful practise; exploring the freedom of movement available to us through yoga.
She is dedicated to helping her students on their own journey, to bring about transformative discoveries and finding limitless possibilities.
