Having practiced yoga for over 10 years, I decided to qualify to teach in 2008 and haven't looked back since. I'm extremely passionate about life and how yoga can support and enhance it and absolutely love sharing this with students. I qualified in Asthanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga in Goa, India and self practice in both Anusara and Jivamukti yoga which influence my teaching style. I deliver workshops and residentials and look forwards to sharing yoga with the whole world!
