Why I practise: Practising yoga is a way of remembering my true nature, which is entirely joyful and peaceful. As I step onto the yoga mat, I enjoy where I am and at the end of my practice I feel very fortunate to be practising this wonderful art.

Why I teach: In teaching yoga I humbly share my own personal experiences that I have received from my teachers and my regular practice. I love passing them on to those I teach.
